Welcome to Conscious Care CR
Conscious Care CR (Costa Rica) is your home away from home, to come and recover from your elective surgery.
Having any type of surgery is an enormous undertaking for any body; and though it's not our business to decide what you do with your body, it IS our business and passion to help you heal from whatever you decide to do.
So if you choose to receive your surgery in Liberia, Costa Rica, we'd love to be your choice to help you peacefully and smoothly navigate your healing and recovery. ​
We are a team of healers and professionals helping women navigate a sensitive, private and vulnerable time, and we aim to help you feel at ease and at home in our home, under our care and supervision.

The Lanktuary is in Potrero, which is the NW Pacific of Guanacaste and is 1 hour from the Liberia airport (LIR), and 5 minutes from Potrero beach.

The VIBE:
The Lanktuary is a family run gated healing space inside a quiet neighborhood. The space has 4 private full service studios, a live-in Spanish speaking caretaker on the first floor and the Lanka family and their pack of dogs and cats living on the second floor.

You will be in good and experienced hands while you're in our therapeutic home space, and it is our promise to treat you and care for you like you're part of the family.
We do our best to uphold a safe and sacred high vibe space for your experience, while we help you make the uncomfortable as comfortable as it can be.

Why Choose Us?
Having any type of surgery is a big stress on the body and sometimes on the mind as well; and it's something I, Harriet, the head of the care team can relate to. Having gone through elective procedures myself such as getting breast implants in, getting breast implants taken out ( aka "explant"), and getting a fat transfer/liposuction and lift at the time of explanting, I can relate to a lot of what our guests are going through.
And having someone understand and relate to your experience is comforting and helpful, because I can answer potentially random questions and ease some of your concerns.​

We also have a team of caring people who work at the Lanktuary, who are ready to serve, and we built our space with the intention of it being a place for healing and transformation, so we are excited to welcome you into the healing experience that we have created for you.
